Short Street Nature Preserve and Play Space — Final Design

Blog/Articles

Short Street

We are so pleased that the design for the nature play space at the Short Street Triangle was finalized in early June 2022. The central feature for younger children will be the playhouse and signage where kids can “seek and find” plants in the wet meadows (placed in the lowest section of the basin) that support wildlife and infiltrate stormwater into the ground. All ages will have an opportunity to walk the circular path that will take people through the wet meadow plantings and around the nature play areas.
